Role OverviewThe Quality Control Inspector plays an important role in ensuring the hotel's guest rooms and public areas meet CMC Hotels and brand standards for cleanliness, presentation, safety, and overall guest satisfaction. This position requires a detail-oriented, dependable, and service-driven individual who can provide guidance and support to Housekeeping associates.
What You Will Do
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and other spaces cleaned by the Housekeeping Department to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet CMC Hotels and brand standards. You will also document inspection results, communicate deficiencies to the appropriate Housekeeping associates and management team, and follow the hotel's Do Not Disturb (DND) procedures and Life Safety requirements.

Requirements
- Previous hotel Housekeeping experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Inspector, Room Inspector, Housekeeping Supervisor, or similar role is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality
- Ability to identify deficiencies and communicate expectations professionally and respectfully
- Ability to coach and support Housekeeping associates in meeting established standards
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
- Dependable attendance and the flexibility to work based on hotel business needs, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical Housekeeping duties, including standing and walking for extended periods, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting as required
