Role OverviewThe Quality Control Lead will oversee Quality Control of all equipment within a specific area of focus. Establishing and documenting standard Quality Control processes for each item and will be responsible for training all Warehouse Technicians in the Quality Control area.
What You Will Do
Manage Weekly Quality Control Strategy, perform regular audits to ensure compliance with all Quality Control standards, and provide training and guidance for Warehouse technicians on proper Quality Control standards.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of event technology experience with a specialty in Audio, Video or Lighting
- 60 Day Training Requirement-Technical 1-Star, Professional 200 and (1) Technical Level 300 in A/P/V/L
- Ability to comprehensively train on Quality Control processes
- Self-motivated, resourceful individual with the ability to work well independently and in groups
- Good mechanical skills
- Basic computer/Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills
- Ability to take direction & communicate with managers and subordinates
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with a diverse work force, customer base and senior level management
- Strong customer, client and coworker interface experience and abilities
- Strong Organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
