The role involves performing and documenting hourly inspections, creating Standard Operating Procedures, and training employees on quality control and assurance.

Requirements

3-6 years of Quality Control experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take coaching well and communicate respectfully with others
Promote a positive teamwork culture
Knowledgeable of safety requirements and guidelines in manufacturing/warehouse environment
ISO 9001/BRC Experience highly Preferred
MS Office Experience Required
Auditing Experience Required
