Role OverviewThalle Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager to assist on a Dam Safety Modification project. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overall management of the Construction Quality Control Program and will have the authority to act in all quality control matters for the contractor. The project involves the construction of a new Lock and Dam.
What You Will Do
The Quality Control Manager will provide Quality Control Systems Management, manage a robust quality control staff, maintain documents and records, assist in review and transmittal of construction submittals, conduct daily and weekly meetings, and coordinate quality control activities with production, management, and safety goals.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in engineering or construction management, with a minimum of 15 years of construction experience on projects similar in scope and magnitude to this contract. The candidate should have experience leading and managing quality control staff and subcontractors, and be proficient with USACE Resident Management Software (RMS).
