Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality for a major federal renovation project in Colorado Springs. The project involves a complete interior transformation of a 40,000 SF facility, including interior demolition, new flooring and finishes, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and communications infrastructure. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for managing and administering the project's Quality Control Program, performing field inspections, reviewing drawings and specifications, and coordinating inspections with subcontractors and government representatives.
What You Will Do
As the Quality Control Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the project is built to the plans, specifications, and federal requirements from day one. This includes managing the Quality Control Program, performing field inspections, reviewing drawings and specifications, verifying field installation matches approved project requirements, and preparing and maintaining QC reports and documentation.
