Job Description
Quality Control Manager – Precision Machine Parts: lead quality control operations across machining cells to ensure precision-manufactured components meet internal specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of quality experience within a precision machining environment
  • Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency
  • Direct experience performing and reviewing FAIs and in-process inspections
  • Experience managing nonconformance reports (NCRs), MRBs, and corrective actions
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 quality standards
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience within a manufacturing setting
  • Stable employment history within machining or regulated environments
