Role OverviewThe Quality Control Supervisor oversees day-to-day quality control operations, leads a team of QC Technicians, and identifies and resolves quality defects through Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
What You Will Do
The QC Supervisor will manage QC Tech schedules, collaborate with Process Engineering and Operations, and participate in the Material Review Board (MRB) process. They will also track and report on production quality performance, review significant and reoccurring defects, and create Correction Action Plans (CAPs).

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Quality certification (e.g., ASQ, CQI, Six Sigma, or equivalent) is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, English is required
