Job Description
We're looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to lead our landscaping crews and ensure every project reflects excellence. As our supervisor, you'll conduct daily, weekly, and project-based quality inspections, develop and maintain QC checklists, and provide hands-on coaching to our crews. You'll work closely with project managers to align QC expectations with project timelines and client requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid RealID
  • Ability to obtain and maintain base access
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial or large-scale landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in landscaping QC or similar fields
  • Experience developing or implementing QC processes or SOPs
