Role OverviewJoin our team as a Quality Control Technician and play a vital role in maintaining the excellence and safety of our pretzel manufacturing processes. Your daily responsibilities will include quality checks on processes, documentation, and products to ensure everything meets our high standards and complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) specifications.
What You Will Do
Perform tests on finished products, raw materials, and other related items as required. Conduct daily Food Safety & Quality Reviews, noting any issues and communicating them to your Supervisor. Monitor product weight, temperatures, packaging, and more to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common industry, production, and technical documents in English.
- Committed to upholding safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Strong quality aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills within a team environment.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic math skills and ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
