Role OverviewThe Quality Control Technician will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of products manufactured at the Franklin Park, IL facility. This includes adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), performing measurements and tests, and maintaining accurate documentation. The technician will also be responsible for identifying product and/or situations that risk product contamination and reporting them to supervision.
What You Will Do
The Quality Control Technician will perform daily inspections of thermoforming and extrusion production, including verification of using scanners, and inspection of packaging, labeling, and sample retention cart. They will also perform gauge/instrument calibrations, and GR&R studies as directed, and attend daily Tier I meetings.

Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time
