Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Coordinator for our Geneva, IL facility. The Quality Coordinator will report to the Quality Manager and maintain the quality management system within the Geneva, IL Center. Requirements

  • Associates Degree preferably in Quality or Material Science (equivalent experience may substitute)
  • 2+ years of experience in a quality or production role in a manufacturing and/or production environment preferred
  • 1+ year of experience implementing and executing ISO 9001:2015 standard is preferred
  • Ability to effectively use of problem-solving tools such as Pareto charts, run and control charts, cause and effect diagrams as well as 8D (or a similar problem solving discipline) is preferred
  • Proficiency working with MS Office (i.e., Excel, Work, and PowerPoint) is required
  • Effective verbal /writing skills and strong presentation skills
  • Must be energetic, goals-driven, result-oriented, and high-energy to be effective in this role
