Job Description
The Construction Quality Coordinator supports the Quality Manager in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes across construction projects. They shall implement Haydon’s Quality Management Plans (QMP’s) and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability on every job site.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field experience.
3+ years of commercial construction experience, with exposure to quality assurance or project coordination roles.
Familiarity with building codes, standards, and inspection/testing procedures.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and QA/QC documentation.
