Role OverviewThis co-op role is within the Medical Devices Quality and Compliance (Q&C) Digital Solutions organization at Johnson & Johnson, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The position involves working with a diverse team of data scientists, analytics app developers, and quality engineers to implement customer-centric solutions for data analytics and process improvements. The co-op will report to the MD Q&C Digital Solutions Advanced Analytics Manager and support Ethicon, Inc.
What You Will Do
The co-op will use state-of-the-art tools and training courses to perform software development and validation for medical device quality system digital solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external teams, learning software development and lifecycle management techniques, promoting digital culture, and meeting with Quality management to discuss risks and opportunities.

Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited College/University pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering or a related field
- Be in your second year or above in school at the beginning of the co-op term in January 2027 with a graduation date after April 2027
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Authorized to work in the United States during the full duration of the co-op (01/2027 - 04/2027)
- Familiarity with basic statistics concepts/terminology
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and have strong oral and written communication skills
