Role OverviewAs a Quality Engineer with the Westinghouse Parts Business (WPB), you will act as a member of the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with Westinghouse's Quality Management System, customer contract requirements, industry and regulatory codes, standards, specifications, and requirements.
What You Will Do
Support various aspects of the site QA program, review inspection lot files and customer sales orders, create Certificate of Conformance and/or Quality Assurance Data Packages for outgoing products, and implement policies on scope and retention requirements of quality assurance documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical or quality discipline
- 1+ year of experience or commensurate experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering
- Understanding of external standards such as International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Lean Six Sigma for quality in nuclear industry field, ASME B&PV Code, ANSI/ASME NQA-1 and Appendices, ANSI N45.2 and the daughter standards, IEEE Standards, and U.S. NRC Regulatory Guide series.
- Knowledge of quality assurance concepts and principles.
- An understanding of commercial nuclear industry or other regulated industry preferred.
