Role OverviewThe Quality Engineer 2 contributes to the company’s Quality Management System and is responsible for monitoring products and processes, identifying defects, determining root causes of defects, and developing immediate, permanent, and preventive actions. This is a hands-on role supporting quality execution in a manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Implement methods to inspect, test, and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products, and production equipment. Lead problem-solving investigations to establish point-of-cause and ensure effective containment, root cause analysis, corrective action, validation, control, and recurrence prevention.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Four years or more experience as a Quality Engineer
- Knowledge of organizational structure, culture, and industry practices
- Certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt and Lead Auditor (preferred)
