Job Description
BorgWarner is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineer to lead and support the implementation of a robust Quality Management System (QMS) for a startup production line. This role is critical to ensuring a “flawless launch” by establishing and maintaining quality processes, procedures, and compliance standards with a “first time right” mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
  • 8 plus years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and innovation
  • Data-driven problem solver with creative thinking abilities
  • Capable of managing a broad range of responsibilities
