Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in Salem, Virginia. Our state-of-the-art automotive production facility is serving the needs of a large customer in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
The Quality Engineer is responsible to maintain a high level of product and process quality through monitoring and testing procedures. Investigates quality incidents by performing formal root cause analysis and develops appropriate measures of containment and corrective actions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (preferred)
- Associate degree in an engineering discipline or the equivalent of at least 5 years of professional experience in an engineering role
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a quality related position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong technical literacy
