Role OverviewWe’re seeking a Quality Engineer to improve product quality, support manufacturing performance, and drive corrective action across a production environment.
What You Will Do
Support quality planning, process validation, and production readiness for new and existing products. Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods.

Requirements
- 5+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
- Background supporting molding, assembly, or production-based processes
- Experience with PFMEAs, control plans, corrective actions, and quality documentation
- Working knowledge of 8D and 5-Why problem-solving methods
- Familiarity with ISO 9000 and IATF 16949 quality management systems
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements
- Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and follow-through skills
