Job Description
Plans and directs activities related to quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products. Ensures manufacturing processes meet customer, internal, and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Maintain and support overall Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Develop sampling plans and quality documentation for data collection and reporting
  • Apply statistical process control (SPC) and analyze test and inspection data
  • Perform internal, supplier, and layered process audits
  • Support implementation and oversight of engineering change processes (ECP)
  • Perform gage calibration, maintenance, and minor repair
  • Support measurement system analysis and inspection readiness
  • Support customer concerns and containment activities for nonconforming product
  • Track and report scrap and drive reduction activities
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote quality awareness on the production floor
