Role OverviewAs a Quality Engineer, you will collaborate with innovative minds in healthcare to create solutions that improve lives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality processes, and make recommendations to address anomalous product performance.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include characterizing and standardizing test vessel process performance parameters, assisting with product qualifications and test cycle development, running experiments to characterize vessel performance and variability, and developing system requirements and specifications for test vessels.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires a strong background in quality manufacturing or quality laboratory experience, with a focus on root cause investigations and corrective and preventive action processes. Experience working with autoclave sterilization processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams is also desirable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics discipline
- One year of quality manufacturing or quality laboratory experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- High School Diploma/GED and five (5) years of quality manufacturing or quality laboratory experience in a private, public, government or military environment
