Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Engineer Specialist to provide senior-level technical leadership across military and commercial programs, drive preventive and corrective actions, and ensure product safety and reliability. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality operations, engineering, and project management, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field
At least 5 years of experience as a quality operations specialist or engineer
Prior experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO quality mgmt., Lean Six Sigma process improvement, CAD-CAM systems and Root Cause Analysis skills
Ability to support and guide cross-functional teams effectively and efficiently
Software system knowledge and skills in MS Office Suite, MES, Power BI, and SAP
