Role OverviewThis co-op position is within Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Quality Engineering organization, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams on quality engineering projects to ensure product safety and effectiveness. It is a temporary, full-time co-op for Spring 2027.
What You Will Do
Support and perform risk management activities, apply statistical techniques to analyze data, develop training materials including procedures and work instructions, and work with a diverse team of quality, development, test, and design engineers. The co-op will also participate in on-campus activities such as learning committees and volunteer events.

Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited College/University pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar degree
- Completed at least one year of given degree at the beginning of the co-op term in January 2027 with a graduation date after April 2027
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Authorized to work in the United States during the full duration of the co-op (01/2027 - 04/2027)
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Ability to work with other teams and individuals using virtual tools (Microsoft Teams, etc)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and have strong oral and written communication skills
