Job Description
BLT is seeking an outgoing and customer-focused individual to be a Concierge for their luxury residential property management team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing resident activities, and maintaining the property. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience as a concierge, or 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality role
  • Must demonstrate commitment to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy, and works with limited supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or GED, College education preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry packages over 25 lbs on a regular basis
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to comply with regulations for accepting packages containing alcohol
