The Health System Quality Improvement Analyst II is an intermediate-level analytics professional who plays a key role in advancing clinical and non-clinical quality improvement and operational excellence across the health system. Partnering closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare leaders, the QIA II ensures that data insights reflect real-world clinical and non-clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, patient safety priorities, and quality performance standards.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in healthcare, computer science, nursing, or mathematics
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Microsoft SQL Server proficiency
  • Data visualization tools experience
  • Strong collaboration skills within interdisciplinary healthcare teams
