Job Description
The Health System Quality Improvement Analyst II (QIA II) plays a key role in advancing clinical and non-clinical quality improvement and operational excellence across the health system, working under general supervision to support the design, development, and delivery of system-wide quality and operational performance analytics.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in healthcare, computer science, nursing, or mathematics
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and data visualization tools
  • Strong collaboration skills within interdisciplinary healthcare teams
