Job Description
Join a mission-driven team at D&S Community Services as a Quality Improvement Specialist, providing quality assurance/improvement technical assistance and subject matter expertise with local process improvement initiatives. The role involves verifying implementation of effective strategies for improvement, monitoring quality improvement goals, and reviewing incident data.
Requirements
Experience in quality improvement or other related social services (HCS or ICF) field is required.
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
