Role OverviewThe Quality Inspector 3 Electrical will use predetermined methods to inspect electronic units and subsystems, precision electromechanical assemblies, and mechanical units for defects and missing welds. They will work from blueprints, diagrams, and customer specifications to accept, reject, or rework defective units. The role may involve monitoring and verifying quality in accordance with statistical process control procedures.
What You Will Do
The Quality Inspector 3 Electrical will use various measuring devices, work from blueprints and customer specifications, and perform line clearances to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been removed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of additional education and/or related experience, or an apprentice graduate/Associate's Degree in a relevant discipline and 3 years of related experience. The ideal candidate will be able to read a blueprint, work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, and work at extreme heights or in small confined spaces.
