Role OverviewThe Quality Inspector will play a key role in supporting aerospace manufacturing and assembly operations by ensuring aircraft components, structures, and assemblies meet engineering, customer, and regulatory quality requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly regulated aerospace environment where quality, safety, and precision are critical to program success.
What You Will Do
Perform detailed inspections of aerospace panels, assemblies, and manufactured components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and in-process inspections in accordance with AS9102 requirements.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline preferred
- 3+ years of quality inspection experience within aerospace, aviation, defense, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries
- Experience inspecting aerospace composite panels, aircraft structures, metallic components, or aerospace assemblies
- Strong understanding of aerospace quality standards, inspection methods, and quality assurance processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and manufacturing documentation
- Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAI) and in-process inspections
- Hands-on experience using precision measurement equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and related inspection tools
- Ability to identify, document, and disposition non-conformances in accordance with aerospace quality requirements
