Role OverviewAs a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring our weapon-system hardware meets all engineering, quality, and customer expectations while supporting efficient, uninterrupted production. You will use your attention to detail, precision measurement skills, and IPC workmanship knowledge to validate the quality of complex electro-mechanical assemblies.
What You Will Do
Perform manual, visual, and dimensional inspections across a wide range of hardware, including electro-mechanical assemblies, cable harnesses, precision-machined components, and mechanical parts. Utilize CMM equipment for dimensional verification of critical features and automated measurement workflows.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions accurately
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- General math skills including basic algebra and geometry
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with GD&T
- IPC-610, IPC-620, J-STD-001, and Space Addendum certifications
