- Ability to work effectively individually or with a team
- Ability to perform tasks under time pressure deadlines
- Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
- Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong
- 2 years' experience with boats/or at Nautique
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must be a licensed driver with a good driving record (subject to MVR)
- Ability to check boats and or parts in accordance with Nautique's Quality System
- Must have strong attention to detail
