Role OverviewThe Quality Inspector ensures that generator enclosures, paint inspections, welding/Fabrication and incoming materials meet company standards and specifications.
What You Will Do
Perform detailed inspections, conduct electrical inspections, perform incoming inspections, accurately document inspection results, and maintain organized records of inspections.

Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong welding and fabrication knowledge, especially MIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and specifications
- Experience inspecting weld quality, dimensions, fit-up, and finished fabricated assemblies
- Knowledge of common weld defects and acceptable workmanship standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
- Familiarity with inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, multimeters)
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and ability to read schematics is preferred
- Excellent communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of quality standards, such as ISO 9001, is a plus
- Physical ability to inspect products, including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and standing for extended periods
