Job Description
The Quality Inspector 1 is responsible for conducting visual inspections of printed materials and other products to ensure compliance with established specifications and quality standards. The role supports the manufacturing process by identifying and reporting defects, helping maintain product quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in manufacturing or inspection environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with good visual acuity
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions, safety rules, and technical drawings
  • Effective written communication skills, including proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar
  • Basic proficiency with computers for recording and documenting inspection results
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to accurately identify and report defects and discrepancies
