Requirements

  • Manage the services delivered to a designated program or set of programs
  • Oversee organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning and implementation, health care, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment
  • Recruitment & Hiring, Meetings & Training, Employee Scheduling, Performance Evaluation, Coaching, Discipline and Termination, Employee Safety, Program Planning, Records, Program Team Meetings, Compliance, Management of Individuals’ Assets, Program Stakeholder Relations, Government Relations, Incidents, Health Care, Appointments, Medications, Medical Supplies and Equipment, Dietary planning, Financial Management, Purchasing, Billing and utilization, Staffing, Growth, Census Management, Census Performance, Referrals, Placements, Maintenance, Vehicles, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Repair, Other
