Quality Lead 2nd Shift

The Quality Lead 2nd Shift will be responsible for conducting quality assurance testing, verifying and documenting products and raw materials, and investigating quality defects. The role will also involve working with other leads and supervisors to coordinate activities and ensure Quality Department coverage.

What You Will Do

Conduct quality assurance testing, verify and document products and raw materials, investigate quality defects, work with other leads and supervisors to coordinate activities, and communicate with production team.

Requirements

• Prefer High School Diploma or equivalent certification
• Prefer experience in food manufacturing/and or quality
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual preferred
• Good math skills
• Must be well-organized with good attention to detail
• Display strong work ethics and positive attitude
• Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction
• Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to work independently or as a team and apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instruction and communicate findings with QA & Production Leads, and Supervisors.
