Job Description
The Quality Manager, CRO will ensure quality system meets customer and regulatory requirements, address quality issues, and maintain communication with customers and vendors. The role will also monitor and analyze process outputs, provide data to the divisional team, and drive process improvement. Additionally, the Quality Manager will educate, coach, and mentor team members in inspection methods, auditing, root cause corrective action, and 6 Sigma philosophy.
Requirements
Proven team leadership skills with ability to effectively influence and motivate others.
Substantial functional experience with successful track record of results.
Strong customer-focused, quantitative, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members.
Previous experience in customer relations and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Certified Quality Manager or Certified Manufacturing Engineer preferred.
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
