Quality Manager

Requirements

• Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain the company's quality systems, policies, and procedures.
• Review and approve Quality Department procedures and procedures pertaining to customer-approved processes.
• Ensure procedures are properly understood and carried out.
• Oversee quality training.
• Approve changes to inspection and test equipment and methods
• Lead the investigation of nonconformances charged to the Quality Department
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor employee attendance, dependability, performance, and training.
• Audit the work of inspectors to verify their effectiveness
• Assign department personnel to write and maintain work instructions
• Exercise fiscal responsibility through making cost effective purchasing decisions
• Prioritize, plan, coordinate, and schedule department activities and workload to maintain an acceptable level of workflow.
• Monitor and maintain internal audits, quality plans, QA review and approval of purchase orders, quality training and training records, calibration system, corrective action system, delegated quality tasks, and inspection
