Role OverviewThe Quality Manager directs and coordinates all quality assurance issues to ensure enhanced quality and consumer acceptability with ConMet’s product. The role involves managing the plant quality group, ensuring key activities are completed efficiently and effectively, and serving as the primary contact for all customer quality related concerns.
What You Will Do
The Quality Manager will review daily on-the-floor quality related issues, work with customers on review of nonconforming product, and manage the company’s Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). They will also ensure the dimensional review of incoming supplier product is completed and provide feedback to the ConMet Corporate Supplier Quality Group.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Five to ten years of experience in quality assurance with similar production environment
- Experience working in an IATF 16949 certified manufacturing environment
- Experience with SAP preferred
