Quality Manager

This position reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for overseeing all employees and activities in the quality and hold department. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring quality and safety standards are met, investigating and correcting internal problems, and participating in customer visits. The role requires a good working knowledge of measuring equipment, blueprints, and statistical process control. The Quality Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures, and for providing leadership to the department staff.

What You Will Do

The Quality Manager will be responsible for investigating and correcting internal problems, developing and implementing processes and procedures, and participating in customer visits. They will also be responsible for ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and for providing leadership to the department staff. The Quality Manager will need to stay up-to-date with new equipment and technology in their field, and will be required to participate in launch activities and pre-production planning of new products.

Requirements

• General Educational Diploma (GED) or High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma
• Previous experience in Quality Manufacturing setting
• Problem-solving skills
