Role OverviewThe Quality Manager will oversee the day-to-day quality function across the plant, ensuring products and processes meet company and customer requirements. This role will lead the QA/QC function and serve as a key quality partner to both internal operations and a major customer. The Quality Manager will be responsible for managing a team, working directly with Production, solving quality issues, and building strong customer relationships.
What You Will Do
As the Quality Control Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day quality function across the plant, ensuring our products and processes consistently meet company and customer requirements. You will be responsible for all quality procedures and policies, setting up and maintaining quality audit procedures, working with Production to discuss quality issues, and maintaining a safe production floor.
