Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance, quality control, compliance, and continuous-improvement initiatives. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen processes, resolve quality issues, improve operational performance, and ensure consistent adherence to established standards.
What You Will Do
Lead quality assurance and quality control programs and processes, establish and monitor quality standards, KPIs, and performance metrics, conduct audits, inspections, process reviews, and quality assessments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in quality management, QA/QC, compliance, operations, engineering, or process improvement
- Experience with quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and effectively across multiple departments
Benefits
- Annual base salary $105,000–$125,000
- Additional 10% contract premium based on applicable contract terms
