Role OverviewThe Quality Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and control of quality-related initiatives, including ISO9001 & IATF16949, as well as other Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. The role involves working with site management to ensure quality assurance and control throughout all Product divisions.
What You Will Do
Specific responsibilities include actively participating in the Sika SAFE Program, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and ensuring the implementation and evolution of safety guidelines and procedures. Additionally, the Quality Manager will coordinate all quality-related and total customer satisfaction programs to meet corporate objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related majors
- 5+ years experience as a Quality Manager in an industrial or manufacturing environment
