Requirements

  • Implements quality assurance processes, procedures in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Drafts and maintain standard operating procedures, and documentation for QA processes.
  • Leads oversight, administration, and continuous improvement of Purple’s QMS system and procedures.
  • Facilitates communication among production departments and management.
  • Responsible for policies and procedures promoting the quality of goods produced.
  • Drafts and maintains logs, records, and other documentation for in process testing procedures, methodologies, and criteria.
  • Utilize existing systems to record relevant data and key metrics related to quality control.
  • Analyzes quality data, interpret results, and develop and drive action plans appropriately.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and technological advances in the applicable industry and in the quality assurance field.
  • Plant point of contact for audits as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
