Job Description
Supervises quality inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality workmanship on construction projects. Develops and implements quality plans, conducts inspections, and documents non-conformances.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of Quality Control experience in the industrial industry
  • Certified Weld Inspector (CWI)
  • ASNT (SNT-TC-1A) Level II in one or more method: PT, UTT (thickness readings), or RTI (film interpretation) preferred or equivalent education
  • Engineering degree can substitute for some or all of CWI and ASNT certifications
  • Civil, structural, mechanical, and minor electrical inspection experience required
  • Auditing experience preferred
  • Read and interpret project drawings and specifications
