Role OverviewSupport inspection, metrology, AS9100 compliance, and continuous improvement activities in a fast-paced composite manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Perform 3D scanning and metrology activities, create and maintain PolyWorks Inspector projects, interpret engineering drawings, and support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the AS9100 Quality Management System.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years relevant experience in metrology or quality engineering.
- Experience working in an AS9100, ISO 9001, aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience with composite manufacturing, bonded assemblies, tooling, molds, or additive manufacturing.
- Familiarity with NCRs, CAPAs, RMAs, internal audits, calibration systems, and document control.
- Understanding of AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports.
- Familiarity with standard inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual inspection methods.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, inspection requirements, and basic GD&T.
- Strong computer skills, including confidence working with digital systems, databases, spreadsheets, PDFs, inspection software, file management, and electronic quality records.
