Role OverviewThe Quality Technician is responsible for assisting the Quality Manager with the timely, accurate, and thorough monitoring and reporting of processes throughout the value stream, assuring compliance with customer and Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) established standards and specifications with strict adherence to processes.
What You Will Do
Job duties include complying with all company and safety policies and procedures, assisting with equipment calibration and care, responsible for the approval of labels and processes prior to press run, and collecting and reviewing rejected information as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in the printing industry
- Thorough knowledge of quality assurance
- Ability to read rulers and pass the color hue test
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including analytical abilities within Excel
- Strong mathematical skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to stay focused and follow instructions for the duration of the shift
- Ability to work independently and see tasks and projects through to completion
- Works well in a team environment, is seen as a team player
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 standards and ASQ Certifications are desired but not required
