Role OverviewThe Quality Technician is responsible for assisting the Quality Manager with monitoring and reporting processes throughout the value stream, ensuring compliance with customer and Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) established standards and specifications.

The Quality Technician will perform various tasks such as equipment calibration, data collection and analysis, internal audits, and improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- 3 years+ experience; printing industry experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge of quality assurance
- Ability to read rulers and pass the color hue test
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including analytical abilities within Excel
- Strong mathematical skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to stay focused and follow instructions for the duration of the shift
- Ability to work independently and see tasks and projects through to completion
- Works well in a team environment, is seen as a team player
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 standards and ASQ Certifications are desired but not required
