Role OverviewThe Quality and Safety Manager is responsible for leading and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), Safety programs and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the Franklin facility. This role ensures compliance with customer, regulatory, and certification requirements, while leading continuous improvement in product quality, food safety, and workplace safety.
What You Will Do
Lead and maintain the site QMS, ensure effective execution of document control, internal audits, corrective and preventive actions, and management review processes. Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement projects, monitor performance against key quality metrics, and conduct root cause analysis.
