Quality Section Manager

The Quality Section Manager will lead a team responsible for ensuring the performance, durability, reliability, and compliance of current and next-generation optical transceivers. This role combines technical expertise in quality & reliability engineering with strong leadership and communication skills to drive qualification programs that meet industry standards and customer expectations.

What You Will Do

Lead qualification and reliability test programs for transceiver products, ensure product qualification testing aligns with industry standards, design and manage stress tests, and analyze reliability data and failure modes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in optical transceiver reliability testing or qualification engineering
• Experience with environmental chambers, optical test equipment, and reliability analysis tools
• Familiarity with Telcordia GR-468, JEDEC JESD22, and other relevant standards
