Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Welding Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience
- Familiarity with construction-related quality control procedures
- Certifications such as ASQ, CQM, CQA, or CWI are a plus
- Working knowledge of trades, disciplines, and associated inspection/testing techniques
- Highly motivated with a strong initiative and commitment to excellence
- Strong work ethic and dedication to doing the job right the first time
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
