Job Description
Quality Supervisor role at Integer, a global organization providing innovative technologies and manufacturing to Medical Device OEM's and high-end niche batteries. The primary purpose of this role is to be a functional leader within the quality organization, coordinating team deliverables and providing daily direction to a team of quality professionals. Responsibilities include building and developing teams, manufacturing support, support of site quality activities, and promoting a culture of quality amongst the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field
  • 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality, supplier quality or quality engineering
  • Knowledge and experience with quality system regulations and standards, such as EU MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, Good Manufacturing Practices 21CFR820 and Good Documentation Practices
  • Auditing experience
  • Leadership skills, ability to work in a team environment and establish a coordinated vision
  • Strong technical aptitude, effective communication and interpersonal skills
